BULK DISCOUNT

The minimum order for a volume discount is 50 units. Please note that volume discounts may not be combined with any retail promotions. Retail promotions and free shipping do not apply to SCOUT Select orders.

Product and pattern may be combined to get to 50 pieces (i.e., 25 Pleasure Chests and 25 Original Deanos).

We typically offer our SCOUT Classics patterns – available in a wide range of products and price points.

CUSTOMIZATION

  1. WOVEN LABEL:
    We create a polywoven label of your logo and stitch the label onto the bag in black, white, or clear thread. We can attempt to color match any logo, with up to 10 colors.

    You will receive an image of the sample label for approval before we proceed with production.

  2. EMBROIDERY:
    We digitize your logo and stitch the logo directly onto the bag. We color match the logo as closely as possible.

    You will receive an image of a sample bag with your embroidered logo for approval before we proceed with production.

Please note that production timelines may be longer than indicated below, depending on the volume of orders in our queue.

WOVEN LABEL TIMELINE:
15-20 BUSINESS DAYS FROM APPROVAL PROOF

  • 3-5 business days after submitting logo: we will send you a scan of your label for approval
  • Approximately 10 business days: labels arrive at our fulfillment warehouse for production
  • 2-3 business days: product ships

EMBROIDERY TIMELINE:
5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM APPROVAL PROOF

  • 3-5 business days after submitting logo: we will send you production photo for approval
  • 2-3 business days: product ships
  • For customized orders, the SCOUT logo/label(s) are already on the product.
  • For bags, logo placement is the side opposite the SCOUT label, at the same height as the SCOUT label.
  • For coolers, placement is on the back pocket so as not to perforate the insulation.

SHIPPING + PAYMENT

Orders are put into production in the order in which they are received. Our team works diligently to meet in-hand dates as best we can, and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

We offer a full-service gifting program in which we ship your products to individual recipients.

This program requires an additional packaging fee and shipping costs. Please email us with your request or to learn more.

Payment is due in full prior to customization and will be processed after pre-production proof approval.

Payment may be made via credit card or ACH Transfer. Please note we do not extend terms.

All customized orders are put into production after you approve a sample image of your custom bag. Once approval is received, we cannot make changes or accept any returns on customized product. We do not accept returns on volume discount orders.
